有關 AppleCare Protection Plan 到底產品範圍怎麼算?
如:
1: 2014.05.08 買了 MBP + AppleCare : 保固 2014.05.08 ~ 2017.05.07
2: 2014.07.25 買了 Airport TC + Aiport Express + Magic Mouse : 保固有到 2017.05.07 嗎?
3: 2014.01.25 買了 Airport TC + Aiport Express + Magic Mouse : 保固有到 2017.05.07 嗎?
我查合約 是說: 要在 Apple Care 之前買的才有延長.
我問 Apple 客服回復: 要和MBP 一起買的硬體才有延長.
我問德誼: 除滑鼠外, 無論前買後買都有延長.
到底如何, 請問各位前輩啊!
只有保MBP，除自帶配件外另外買的不保
為了再次確認, 我把購買憑證傳給 Apple , Apple 回覆英文我也不是很懂:
After reviewing the invoice(s) you provided, we have determined that your Time Capsule and Airport express cannot be added to your AppleCare agreement because your agreement does not include the option of adding a Time Capsule and Airport express.
However, the AppleCare Protection Plan covers the Time Capsule and Airport express when you use it with your covered Mac.

P.S 1 :
AirPort must be purchased up to two years before your Mac purchase or during the term of your AppleCare Protection Plan coverage.
AirPort 須在你的 Mac 原購買日之前二年內購買，或仍在你 AppleCare Protection Plan 全方位服務專案有效期間內。
P.S 2 :
(i) Under APP for Mac, (a) one compatible Apple branded display if purchased at the same time as the Covered Equipment, (b) an Apple-branded mouse, Magic Trackpad, Apple Battery Charger and keyboard if included with the Covered Equipment (or purchased with a Mac mini), or (c) an AirPort Extreme Card, an AirPort Express or AirPort Extreme Base Station, Time Capsule, an Apple-branded DVI to ADC display adapter, Apple RAM modules and MacBook Air SuperDrive if used with the Covered Equipment and originally purchased by you no earlier than two years before the Covered Equipment purchase.
(i) 在APP for Mac 計劃下，(a)一個兼容的蘋果品牌顯示器（如與涵蓋設備同時購買）、(b)各一個蘋果品牌滑鼠、Magic Trackpad、蘋果電池充電器及鍵盤（如包含在涵蓋設備之內或與Mac mini 同時購買）、或(c) 與涵蓋設備同時使用並不早於在您購買涵蓋設備之前兩年，由您原先購買的一個AirPort Extreme卡、一個AirPort Express或AirPort Extreme基站、一個Time Capsule、一個蘋果品牌 DVI 轉ADC顯示適配器、蘋果RAM和一個 MacBook Air SuperDrive。
所以我又回信給 Apple , 到底 Applecare 之後買的 Airport EXPRESS or Airport TC 可以納入延長保固嗎 ?

9/2 09:30 我再次打給Apple 客服, 說明內容!
等待客服小姐數分鐘後, 回覆我:
Airport TC 或 Aiport Express 可以有一台跟著 AppleCare 保固, 因為是在AppleCare到期前買的 或 買筆電前兩年內買的,
只要保留購買憑證就可以!
至於: 滑鼠/鍵盤/觸控板: 就得和iMac (隨機附贈) 或 Mac mini 一起買才可以納入延長保固內!
以上供大家參考!
(同樣 Apple 客服, 回覆不同!我也無從判斷, 等哪一天設備故障再求證了!)
