經投訴後3天終於收到這個回答

hank you for your email. We truly apologize for the inconvenience and delay. Please note that you received this case by mistake as it is was one of the prototype. we ran in to some production issues with the IPad 2 smart covers and had to re do them all from scratch thats why the batch got delayed so much.

however, the good news is that the IPad 2 smart cover cases are almost finished now and will be arriving at our shipping facility to ship by end of this week.

you will receive a notification email once the order is shipped and you will be able to trace it with the same tracking number provided to you earlier. Also we will include the shipping label for you to return the defective case.
