Are you using it usb hub?

Try it with another USB cable?

i use the cable line instead of hub.
Have changed another one.
still the same ...

hmm try it with the other machine...? Maybe yr iTunes mess up.

I just go shower.
then try again....
it suddenly successes.
hmm..........have no idea how ..
