除了試用後不滿意。
不小心手滑按到購買的話
也可以寫信去說明並且要求退費唷
Apple克服也會很快的幫你處理!

我上次退款就直接用中文寫,也是成功啦!
就說我不小心點錯了,誤點到需付費的app,但我不需要它,請協助我退款。
類似這樣的,過兩天就寄封簡短的英文信說幫我處理好了。
而且那個時候從mail中 或是iTunes裡的購買記錄裡,直接點 Report a Problem,就可以直接跳出回報的表單了,現在有的是這樣,有的卻變成跳到網頁,不知為何。

但是有時一個軟體才0.99鎂為了30元而田那麼多資料還真是沒什麼動機!

小弟嘗試了樓主的方法,真係行得通耶!謝謝!
小的買了plugplayer,它聲稱自己是DLNA player,但它完全不能連接家中的tversity,還價值US$4.99!能退款真的大好了。

According to Apple Taiwan's policy. All purchased can be no reason refund within 7 days. I have requested to have the refund on 2011/7/12. until now there is no answer. Please reply me ASAP.
