請到 "設定" "一般" "網路"，請檢查一下在"網路漫遊" 下方，你是否有出現一個叫 "描述檔" 出現？ 名字是 "onavo"，請按它並將它移除！ 個人熱點即可回復！需到 "網路" 重新開啟 "個人熱點" 功能！

This is a tricky 3G traffic data control app, i believe i did not install this, but however it is penalty the personal hot spot for my iphone4! once I removed, everything become normal!
