    請問各位大大:我照著吉米丘大大在首頁的APP退款教學
    進行了退款,但是後來apple寄了一封伊媚兒給我
    全部都是英文,我完全看不懂,好心的各位大大可以告訴我是什麼意思
    麻煩各位了謝謝~~~

    改了好多次...不過應該是退款,我也去查我之前的EMAIL...

    是會退款吧..你可以到itunes裡面查看那一筆的交易是不是出現了退款

    Apple 客服回覆我的信件,內容差不多


    帳單內的資訊,已經可以看到有個退款了

    我已經看過我的購買紀錄了,我沒有看見我有退款記錄
    有點懶的去跟Apple"揮"了因為我都看不懂英文
    還是謝謝各位~~~
