不管你對領土爭議的態度是什麼，這種利用挑起國籍和種族仇恨和鼓吹暴力來牟利的做法實在無法贊成
你可以說我過於嚴肅看待這個 app，但看看受到煽動的群眾在反日仇恨的情緒下會做出什麼事情
有關心前陣子一連串中國本土反日暴動事件的人就會知道
沒看過的人可以看看這個成千上百的反日群眾砸毀長沙市日資百貨公司的紀錄片，只要看前幾分鐘就可以知道事情的嚴重性

內容、名稱的「切鬼子」加上背景設定和敵人圖形也很容易聯想到是仇日的遊戲
感覺上是違反了 Apple 的開發規則

15.3 "Enemies" within the context of a game cannot solely target a specific race, culture, a real government or corporation, or any other real entity

19.1 Apps containing references or commentary about a religious, cultural or ethnic group that are defamatory, offensive, mean-spirited or likely to expose the targeted group to harm or violence will be rejected

或許開發者在英文說明中巧妙地避開了這點讓 App 通過審核
但我想不久之後應該會有人檢舉而下架吧

I found this new game named "Cut Devil HD" in the App Store to be very offensive, which targets and depicts Japanese Militaries as the only enemies, the story is also based on the Senkaku Islands dispute China and Japan.

The story background has a obvious notion of the ongoing territory dispute. The appearances of enemies to be cut in half in this game are similar to Japanese Army wearing their uniforms during WWII. And that Kanji character "釣" on the icon is also the first character of the Chinese name for Senkaku Islands ("釣魚島", means Fishing Island).


Also, the Chinese title of the app is "切鬼子", which has a very different meaning than the English title. 鬼子 (guizi) is a Chinese slang term for foreigners especially Japanese after the dispute. The following explanation from Wikipedia provides more information about what the name of this app really means:


"The term gui (鬼) in guizi (鬼子) is an adjective that can be used to express hate and deprecation, an example being the local's expression of their hatred towards the Japanese during their occupation of Hong Kong in WWII with the same gui (鬼)."


These obviously notions presented in the story, graphics and the title are the evidences of the offensive nature of this app. It clearly violets the App Store Review Guidelines, especially the following rules:
