I believe Apple will have a conference for it if they really gonna release a 3G iPhone. Instead of let FFC announce it.(Just like what happen in Jan 2007)

But so far as I know, AT&T don't have any kind of "3G plan" except "Data plan." Using 3G network won't have any additional charge than EDGE, and their unlimited data plan, just 20 something per month.
