Delete my iphone 4 movie (or photo), how to recover?? Please help!!!
You should have a backup in iTunes, or I think it's not possible
No, i don't have the backup the movie because it just take 1 hours but delete by a kid :( some master can help me....

iphone will sync your photos and/or movies automatically when you connect your phone to itunes (depends if you have the setting turn on)..
turn on your itunes. and to go to settings-> Preferences->then click the devices tab.
see if you have any recent backup of your device. if you do then you are in luck.
if you do then you can connect your iphone, get what ever movie and picture that you need out of your phone.. then right click (assume you use pc) your phone in the itunes menu then choose restore from back up.. then your phone will be restore to the back up condition on that day you sync your phone.
please know that your phone will be "restore" to that back up date.. so anything that happened after that time (adding new photos, address book, etc) will be gone.. so you can either back up the phone before you restore or manually take out all the info you need before you preform this step. good luck
