瀏覽完整版本 : [求助] I phone 4 買過的軟體,不小心刪掉,再重新下載卻被收費

請問各位大大們!

小弟前年購買 "遠流字典通普通版" 使用後覺得不錯 ,就在花錢升級為 "專業版"

恰好這幾天在整理iphone的資料,不小心被我刪掉,我想說app store不是有相同的軟體購買過,可在免費下載的服務

結果在下載一次它居然直接收費....為什麼呢!! 我該求助於誰呢!!

I Don't think is the same app. Similar name does not means is the same. If you are on IOS 5 Checkek purchased , you can download it again for free.

看起來有可能是那套軟體的設計問題,你之前看起來是2.4一般版轉專業版,但是最近下載的專業版在 app store 上是另外一套,建議先把新買的 專業版2.5 退費,下載本來的一般版,然後看看裡面有沒有專換專業版的選項,沒有的話應該要跟"遠流"反應,他們把軟體機制搞複雜了。

看一下你的帳單
應該不是 apple 問題

而是你先買了一般版再用升級加購方式升級專業版購買

而最後你卻直接點專業版

這樣就是你的不小心了

你還是可以去退這個專業版的錢

不過只能怪這個開發商太搞怪了 搞這麼多奇怪版本
