為了下載外國的app,我想很多人都有申請國外帳號!應該有些人跟我一樣,申請時填的地址與電話都是自己不知道在哪裡的資料,自己也忘記是不是有設定過security answer,現在購買軟體都會出現問題,寫信給客服人員請求協助。 現在收到回信了,接下來的問題可就傷腦筋了

You can speak to an Account Security Advisor by calling our AppleCare technical support team. I have located the number for you to call to have your security questions reset so you can get back to purchasing on your account with your new device.

Apple Technical Support number: 1-800-275-2273

When you call, ask to speak to the Account Security team and let them know you need the security questions reset. If you are unable to access your account, let them know that as well.
