今日突然興起想發文，結果卻不能貼圖，顯示"no permission or the file is opened by another program"，是因為我升級到10.9之後才有的狀況嗎？在Safari的偏好設定裡也沒有設定權限的icon，不知道有沒有大大可以告訴我該如何處理？
