我輸入activation code 得到如下訊息

可能是資料有問題，在ADC上面的資料一定都要用英文輸入。
建議你上班時間(9:00~18:00)打到Apple Store(TW)電話0800-020-021，
請他們幫你轉接到ADC部門，直接請客服協助你處理會比較快。
