更改語音信箱號碼

小弟目前是用中華3GS的手機+遠傳的卡片, (3.1.2 with JB)
原本我可以透過*5005*86*...#.....的方式變更我的語音信箱號碼.
但是自從我開啟Itunes下載了最新的電信公司清單後, 發現不能改了...
請教各位大大. 是否知道是哪裡出了問題?? 是被遠傳鎖住了嗎?
還是Carrier.Plist的哪一段內容被改掉了? 或是哪個檔案被改過了?
