在2011 early 13 macbook pro光碟機槽換了新硬碟,驚見它的 load cycle count 像火箭一樣飛升，一小時加一百。

暫時把 put hard disks to sleep when possible 關掉好像好了，但請問有沒有其他方法解決?
新HDD 是 HGST Travelstar 7K1000
還有(內置)硬碟不時會自己卸載，不知是什麼問題？
