其中有一步驟是當椅子、鍵盤都設定到正確高度與角度之後，再來就是要調整螢幕高度，不要超過坐姿眼睛水平線高度
但是現在有很多螢幕只能調整仰傾角，高度不可調整
過低墊高很簡單，但是過高該怎麼降低呢？
那就要靠螢幕架來調整啦
之前吉米有介紹過類似產品
不過隨著時代進步，大家眼前的螢幕「越來越大顆」，相對的螢幕重量也越來越沈重

所以接著開始適合使用的螢幕支撐架，就不是隨隨便便可以拿來用的了
VESA Mount 螢幕架規格
開始之前，要先確認你的螢幕有沒有支援VESA Mount螢幕架個規格

近年來，PC相關產業產品競爭激烈，產品cost down嚴重，所以很多螢幕後面根本都拿掉了VESA MOUNT

只留下號稱美背設計的光滑背板，完全沒有地方可以安裝支撐架

我使用的版本是「穿桌版」

也就是說我這個版本需要在桌上鑽一個洞，然後穿過固定
另外也有「夾桌式」透過夾具的方式夾住桌子的邊緣，這兩個版本沒得更換，只能在購買的時候決定
穿桌跟夾桌的差異在於你要固定螢幕的位置與距離，若你的桌邊離的很遠，那你就一定得用穿桌式

而這邊更是此產品的一個重要設定，我們需要在這裡設定我們安裝上去的螢幕重量

透過下方的三角旋轉鈕來設定到正確的重量
開始安裝

首先先在Apple Thunderbolt Display 上面安裝好專用的VESA Mount之後，再把Dynafly的VESA Mount安裝上去

鎖上四個螺絲，就ok了

接著找好我要安裝的位置，先模擬一下，確認之後，拿出電鑽，在桌上鑽個孔

接著打開下臂後方的艙門，裡面有秘密

安裝此螢幕架的所有六角板手，都在這裡，所以只要拿出正確的六角版手

我們Thunderbolt Display重達10.8公斤，所以這邊就要轉阿轉

把指示窗轉到約10.8公斤的位置
這是調整支架內的彈簧鬆緊，之後螢幕放上去之後，你將可以很輕鬆的移動螢幕到任何角度與高度
然後手一放開就自動固定平衡了

上臂的背後也暗藏玄機，裡面可以藏線走位

上下臂結合之後，把固定螺絲給鎖上，就完成基本的組裝了

最後將螢幕固定螺絲，從桌底下方穿過桌板

跟上方的螢幕架結合鎖緊

再次確認螢幕架的支臂強度已經設定到約10.8公斤的位置

接著把裝好VESA Mount的螢幕放入螢幕架上面，關好艙門，並稍微調整螺絲緊度，讓我們要的螢幕傾斜角固定不再改變

若調整正確的話，放手的瞬間，螢幕就會停止在你想要的高度與位置
若螢幕往下掉，表示緊度不夠，要再轉緊些

穿桌與夾桌各有優缺點，最基本的還是要看你的桌子厚度撐不撐的住用夾的方式，以及是否距離桌邊夠近，延伸螢幕過來還夠用

要卸掉這兩個螺絲往下鎖

穿桌還是夾桌怎麼選？
其實穿桌跟夾桌的差異在於你要固定螢幕的位置與距離
若你的桌邊離的很遠，而且螢幕很重，那你就一定得用穿桌式，把臂長縮短，拉近距離
若你的桌板很厚實，夾在桌邊可以撐著螢幕，距離也夠，那可以選擇夾桌式，不用破壞桌子，乾淨漂亮
Dynafly跟Dragonfly怎麼選？
基本上Dynafly的支撐架適合 3 ~ 15公斤的螢幕，Dragonfly適合 1 ~ 8.5公斤的螢幕
看你現有的螢幕多重，以及你未來想不想要再換購？
不然的話，吉米會建議選Dynafly，因為要比Thunderbolt Display還重的螢幕未來會不會還有？

因為螢幕的尺寸已經從我們早期14吋的LCD螢幕，到現在你我桌上那個27吋、29吋甚至有人已經用到32吋的啦
