PTAssistant is an easy-to-use body fat calculator, designed for use by both personal trainers and their clients. In addition to Body Mass Index (BMI), four body fat and Lean Body Mass (LBM) formula are provided. These include an anthropomorphic estimate from the YMCA based on body weight and waist circumference, three and seven skin fold estimates from Jackson and Pollock and a four skin fold estimate from Durnin and Womersley. A front-and-back anatomical chart is provided that shows the exact location and angle of the seven skin folds to be measured via calipers.
