Well, Let me restate my sentence then. The channel my friend got this iphone is from the Apple Retail, Not the Apple Shop in Hong Kong.

Believe or not, my friend signed his contract already and will get the iphone on July 11th.

I am getting confusing now. Your first post was about PCCW will be the 2nd iPhone 3G provider in HK, and it will happen between Aug --> Oct. Then you suddenly bring up your friend is getting it on July 11th(I though you mean from PCCW instead of 3). We all know 3 is iPhone 3G HK provider.

Please be noted that there are two things I have mentioned in my first post.
The first thing is PCCW would be the 2nd provider who will sell iphone in HK.

The second thing is Apple Shop also have very few quota abt the iphone which those iphones would be sold under 3HK's contract.

And our rest of the posts in this thread are talking about Appl HK not the PCCW, right?

I am not interested about where your friend getting the iPhone at all.

Sorry zzz99, my bad. I have reconfirmed with my friend today and it should be apple reseller not apple shop.
