unlock iphone 3g !

i am using an unlocked iphone 3G version 2.2 ( already install openssh and BSD)
i try to use winscp to send some software on it via wi-fi , however, it shows error eventually .
i cant figure out what the problem is ?
( I use 1th generation's iphone to use the same method to try again. it works .)

maybe u should creat a new account for your 3g in the winscp
do not use the one for your 2g

Why don't you download the version that doesn't require Wi-Fi?

I am sure I downloaded one from iphone4.tw and it works perfectly.
