這幾天為了iPhoto的事情焦頭爛額
後來想要重灌可是找不到當時買電腦附的光碟,就上了App Store買~
果然...買了光碟就跑出來了...於是我嘗試看可不可以退費,得到如下的回應

This is Sean from the iTunes Store Support Team. I understand you purchased "iPhoto" unintentionally. I know you must be concerned, so I'll be happy to further assist you.
I have reversed the charge for "iPhoto". You will see a refund of $14.99 plus any applicable taxes within 3 to 5 business days.
Please note this is a one-time exception.

之前我糊里糊塗申請了新帳號
也糊里糊塗的重覆買了兩三個APP
寫信過去 也是專人幫我回信 然後也說知道我不是故意要這麼做
就退我錢了
真的很棒!
