Use your iPhone to treat your tennis elbow! Developed by two Doctors, iTennisElbow uses your iPhone to detect your movements and guide you through exercises designed to help treat your condition.

Exercises are a proven treatment for tennis elbow. Different practitioners have their favourite versions of these exercises as they can be done in different ways, so you will often see different exercises recommended.

In our experience one of the main reasons for physical therapy not working is that people don’t always do the exercises correctly or enough; doing the exercises at home between sessions is vital to them working.

We have therefore created iPhone versions of standard exercises that will encourage you to do your homework – by making them fun and by helping to check that you are doing them correctly.

This isn’t a replacement for seeing your doctor or therapist – we encourage you to consult them and get their opinion on confirming your diagnosis and treatment plan. We hope they will find this a useful adjunct to their treatments – we welcome your and their feedback. Physiotherapy isn't guaranteed to work in every case and some people do need other treatments including injections and surgery.
