miCal HD 2.2 brings customizable birthday reminder sounds and calendar subscriptions (for holidays and even more) to add easily from within miCal!New features:+ addresses from address book to map view+ added week labels to the beginning of each week in month view. + Added custom alarm option. Now you can specify any relative alarm setting like 1 week 3 days and 4 hours beofre the events start date.+ in settings you can now also set custom standard reminders (like 1 week, 2 days and 4 hours before an event).+ own availability information for events without attendees to detail and edit view. In addition events that have an availability other than busy get a grey border in day, landscape week view and the new zoom view.+ added option to sync each time app starts from background (fast app switching). That option is only useful for some push accounts where the system notification of pushed data does not work properly+ show current day, week, month and year in the header of the calandar views in blue for the current date or period+ customize your sounds for birthday reminders.
