平常有跑步的習慣,從去年開始參加路跑,也為自已訂了一些訓練計畫。

跑步都是用Umotion保護套加Runkeeper(Free)來記錄,現在想要更進步,要透過心跳率來找適合的訓練量,但目前所出的

HRM皆要另加dongle在iPhone上,一直在找不用dongle的solution,這幾天發現有運動blog介紹

這東西加上新的app,看了app的說明中提到

"Integrated Heart Rate Monitor lets you connect with the newest dongle-free heart rate monitors such
as the SmartHRM and Bluetooth Smart 4.0 (BLE). Live pulse data will graph heart beat rhythm to match
your heart."

看說明是可以透過這app跟一些平常心跳錶(用Bluetooth通訊)的device搭配使用,但是SmartHRM提到

"
All iphone models, including iPhone 4S. The SmartHRM Wi-Fi Heart Rate Monitor uses the Wi-Fi capability of the iPhone (it does not use the Bluetooth 4.0 capability)."


讓我看的有點不懂,請版上的前輩指導一下
