到底Apple有沒有偷了你的點子？

這張圖片，無疑是這幾天最具話題性的圖片

前幾天美國管理商標、專利權的單位公佈了apple所申請的專利圖樣

相信很多眼尖的夥伴馬上發現，右邊這個申請專利的圖樣，跟左邊現在我們在用的IntelliScreen不是一樣嗎？

所以國外就有人質疑，是不是apple藉由「某種」方式，來偷取大家的idea，最後申請專利，然後變成自己的？

吉米也不想下這麼腥羶的標題，但問題就是發生在這裡

也是吉米想利用這個機會教育，來告訴大家，網路固然搜尋簡單，資料容易取得

相對的，你我就忘記了去檢視這些資訊是否是真的，還是假的

就像很多大家流傳的email一樣，蝦子吃多了，若在喝可樂，就會變成致命毒藥...

類似這樣看起來很真，但實際上卻又錯的一塌糊塗的例子很多，這些問題的重點就在他們抓住你我不會去檢驗，或是看似合理的結果

今天這個問題也是一樣，套句他們的用語「Did Apple rip off IntelliScreen ?」（吉米翻成台灣人看得懂的話，就是到底Apple有沒有婊了Intelliscreen？

有申請過專利權的人就會知道，從你開始申請，送交所有文件，一直到通過，公佈出來，至少要花費8個月，到一年的時間

也就是說，當你們看到這張apple的專利申請文件的時候，表示他們已經通過了審核，已經進入了公告周知，這是他們專利的時候

因此，從這時間往前推，你就可以知道apple是何時申請的

所以從這個「標準程序」來反推，apple送出這專利文件，大約是在2007年的10月份

而接著我們看Intelliscreen的各種消息與最早出現新聞的時候，約是在2008年的5月13日，這些都是beta版本的資訊

還有就是最早出現Intelliscreen的畫面抓圖，上面的日期，都是2008/7/4

哈，這很有趣，各位若你有在分享使用心得，或是有做過開發產品

請問一下，螢幕抓圖，誰可以第一手抓出來？誰又可以第一時間分享？然後，若你是開發者，你是否在做完覺得可以公開的當下，馬上就抓圖分享？

是啊～那就不會有人比開發人員還早分享螢幕抓圖，不然他就是可以作假畫面囉

再來，這intelliscreen吉米也有買，這差不多是在1.1.4之後才出來的軟體

而韌體1.1.4推出日期，大家回去找找，也差不多在08年第二季左右

所以將上面所有資訊匯集起來

就像我們在看到intelliscreen的時候所想的一樣？

這麼簡單的概念，為什麼apple沒有做出來？

原來，apple早就想到，早就拿去申請專利，只是或許有太多新東西要開發，所以沒做出產品來...

當然，世事難料，會不會有其他進展？大家就靜觀其變吧～

最重要的就是，記得查證你所有的消息來源，然後用你所有的經驗、知識去分析，去理解，他到底正不正確

所以最後這個話題「到底Apple有沒有偷了Intelliscreen的點子？」

答案是，apple早在2007年就填妥專利申請文件並送出申請，而intelliscreen在08年中期，才推出了intelliscreen

因此，apple並沒有婊了intelliscreen，只是時間點上面，沒有申請過專利的人，絕對覺得，有人偷了intelliscreen的點子，最後變成apple的專利

拜託～多了解一下專利申請喔～

儘管如此，apple仍沒有推出相關的服務，因此，吉米還是有花錢買了intelliscreen

Since the patent application had to be written well before the date of submission, "months" before December, the R&D on which Apple's patent is based had to have existed eight to nine months before Intelliscreen was developed and released to the public.
Let me repeat that. Apple's tech existed in 2007. The patent was filed in 2007. Intelliscreen was released in 2008.
In fact, with those dates in mind, it's entirely possible that Intelliscreen was based on information gathered from a copy of Apple's patent, and not, as claimed by Jonathan, the other way around.
Or Intelliscreen could have been an independent effort. Or Intelliscreen could simply have been an extension of concepts updated and borrowed from the Windows Mobile home screen.
Regardless, the timeline pretty much puts to rest any idea of Apple "ripping off" poor, poor Intelliscreen.
Unfortunately, both iPhone Atlas and Jonathan Zdziarski failed to do their research on this one. Which isn't going to stop them from reaping the publicity and page views generated from their fake controversy.
Jonathan states, "It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that this is a clear rip-off of the commercial Intelliscreen product."
But it does, apparently, take a rocket scientist to do a few Google searches and figure out that 2007 came before 2008.
