The Email option was added for your convenience to email yourself a copy of the lists for backup purposes or for personal use in a desktop application.

Tip:Use the 2009 Icon on your iPhone/iPod Touch to remind you of the iResolutions you have set, keep it on your main page as a visual cue to create more in your life. It will be there to inspire and remind you of your goals, revisit it every now and then to see where you are, what you have accomplished and re-inspire you to keep it up.
