MyBPBuddy is an easy way to keep track of your blood pressure, whether you are exercising, taking new medication or just want to know how your body is functioning.

Adding a reading is a simple matter of entering your blood pressure, along with an optional comment - the date and time or the reading is added automatically.

MyBPBuddy can then show you a graph of your systolic and diastolic readings, along with the maximum, minimum and average. In addition, your latest reading is compared against your average and your trend is shown as either 'up' or 'down'.

Thresholds in MyBPBuddy can be tailored to fit your own personal BP ideal readings, as set out by your Doctor or health professional.

Lastly, details of all readings, along with a summary, can be sent, via Email, to anyone. This can be used to send your readings to;
- Family member
- Health care professional
- Your own Email account, for backup.

All Email addresses can also be saved via the settings application.
