Moonlight is the first art work released for the iPhone. It is an audio visual poem created and performed by Lydia Venieri.

The Goddess of the Moon falls in love with the young Endymion. God gets angry and punishes the lover by condemning him to eternal sleep.
Moon's mad pain liberates a new strange power that dominates the waters, the dreams, and the unseen world.

Half the proceeds from the sale of this art work will go to Amnesty International.

New York based artist Lydia Venieri was born in Athens, Greece and studied at the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Beaux Arts, Paris. Venieri has been featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions at such venues as the Centre George Pompidou, Paris; The 2004 Olympics, Athens; the Center for Contemporary Art, Netherlands; The National Gallery of Greece and was awarded the Academie Francaise de Paris Medal for Sculpture. She is currently Stux Gallery, New York and Gallery Terra, Tokyo.
