Biorhythms are periodic cycles that start on the day you are born and repeat throughout your life. The primary biorhythms are mental, physical and emotional. There are also secondary rhythms, which are combinations of two primary ones: passion is physical + emotional, wisdom is mental + emotional, and mastery is mental + physical.

These biorhythms have high points and low points. By monitoring your biorhythms, you can anticipate the high points and compensate for the low points. Schedule meetings on days when your mental cycle is high, or watch your emotional cycle for the best time to ask someone out.

There is also a critical period: this is whenever a biorhythm crosses from negative to positive (or vice versa). This is the most dangerous period in the cycle, and critical days should be treated with extreme caution!

In general, two people are more compatible if their biorhythms are more similar. Would you want a partner who was on an emotional high while you were in the pits of an emotional low?
