In TimeTable you can write down your class schedule. From Monday to Friday you can put down all your classes and breaks (the thick lines).
Pushing the "Time" button will make a popup come up. Here you can write down the times of all your periods. The popup can be moved around, so it doesn't cover the periods.
Of course you can edit everything in TimeTable. If you press the edit button, you can say after which period you have a break, you can edit all your classes, and you can edit the time of all periods.
So TimeTable is completely flexible with your schedule.
