When you observe astronomy, you wonder how many hours is it to the sunrise?

Notes
∙ When you set high latitude, errors of the time become more than dozens of minutes.
∙ When there is sunrise/sunset, moonrise/moonset more than three times a day, it is not supported.
∙ Computation time will consider the following items, apparent diameter of sun,
refraction, parallax.
∙ Computation time will not consider altitude.
∙ Version 1.0.2009 is available only in the year 2009.
