As part of the iTaekwon-Do Learning Series tm, this application provides a video that shows second degree black belt Kenny Nagel demonstrating the Palgwe 2 form, a second video that shows the form with step by step instructions, and an illustrated list of the moves and stances. The application was designed as a teaching tool, and pocket reference. Look for other titles in the iPalgwe tm series.

The Palgwe (2) Yi Jang poomse (form) was created in Korea by the Korea Taekwondo Association. Palgwe(2) Yi Jang is the second in a series of eight Palgwe forms.
