請問有大大能幫忙解答一下我遇到的問題嗎??

我昨天安裝在ipad後. 所有的設定都依照官網的步驟.

也確實連結到我要remote的電腦.

電腦端被lock起來了( 應該是表示我成功連結上了)

但是連結後的畫面卻在ipad上都是一片黑.

完全無法顯示出電腦桌面.

p.s. 操作系統是 XP的. 防火強及遠端控制按照官網設定.
