LINGO is the word game for everyone. The value of each letter and the resulting word determines your score. You can choose to play the computer or each other.

You'll zigzag across the board building words. Get those corners or the last play to double your score. Watch out or your opponent will get to the corners before you do.

Kids are challenged with short words and Teens with common words. They'll have fun while building their vocabulary.

Most of the rest of us will have fun playing the Adults level.

For the word lovers, LINGO provides the Pros and Sages levels.

You can play for five minutes or an hour depending upon which board size you choose.

If you're like me and enjoy words or you want your kids to enjoy words, relax and try LINGO. There are no timers, no challenges, no pressure, and no sweat.

I love SCRABBLE, but it takes so long and it's really hard to beat someone who has memorized the dictionary. So a couple of decades ago, I woke up with one of the few good ideas I've ever had. My wife and son and I worked together to create a card game that we could play together. We got the game right, but I went broke, so I thought I'd give it another shot.

LINGO's purpose is to level the playing field. Just because you preferred recess is no reason not to enjoy words. They're fun, but your logic will prove to be more valuable than your vocabulary.

LINGO has lots of skill levels and lots of board sizes. If you only have a few minutes, you can play the Blink or Classic board size. But, if you want to relax and lay back, you can play the Dare or Endure board sizes. As you improve, you can move from the Kids, Teens, or Adults skill levels to the Pros and Sages. Don't worry, you may not beat a Sage all of the time, but you'll win your share.

Note: I apologize for WE and KIDS not working properly in Version 1.0. Version 1.1 is being reviewed by Apple and will make LINGO all it should be. I'd fall on my sword or get hoisted on my own petard, but that would hurt and my medical coverage stinks. Thanks for your patience.

Note: LINGO will not play any dirty words, what's a dirty word, well, anything a bunch of people don't like. But, it won't stop you from playing them. That's mainly for the sake of kids.
