AT&T data plan問題

我目前使用港版3gs 並且使用at&t電信
但是要申請data plan時後卻不能申請

請問有使用at&t的朋友有這個問題嗎?

因為什麼原因不能申請?

當我申請的時候出現以下訊息

Then just chat with them and call them with yr at&t mobile #.
