我的itune store一直不出現了!!!求救求救!!

我現在的itune store只會出現一些字樣：「one moment please，connecting to the itunes store，Loading…(就再也不動了)」 If I Tunes doesn"t open，click the itune application icon in your dock or windows task bar。

有人可以幫我解救這難題嗎!? 我疑除，重新下載都還是一樣!!然後我如果鍵入我的帳號和密碼的話，它就出現：「我們無法完成您在itune store的要求，發生未知錯誤(-50)」有人能幫我嗎，大求救!!!!

首先打開【我的電腦】，點上工具列上【工具】>【資料夾選項】
點選【檢視】標簽，在下面【隱藏檔案和資料夾】的選擇
圈選【顯示所有檔案和資料夾】

以上做法，可以看見隱藏檔案。

接著進入如下磁碟位置

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes

附註：Administrator關乎你安裝Windows使用者名稱，所以每個使用者不盡相同。

在該資料夾下會看見iTunesPrefs.xml，刪除。
（如果你有任何疑慮，請備份該檔。）

重啟後，應該就可以重新進入Itune Store。
我本身也有遇過這樣的問題，我是用以上方法解決。您可試試，不用著急。

Just go to Edit > Preferences > Parental Control and tick iTunes Store, Allow access to iTunes U and click OK. Try going to the store. Then go back to Preferences and untick iTunes Store.
The above worked for me.


請至itune 下的編輯->喜好設定->分級保護控制，將Itune store和允許連接 itune U打勾，再按確定即可。
你便會看到Itue store.
再回去將Itune store的勾勾去掉，再按確定即可。
