A) [Optional] Turn Off WiFi in your Settings (Bluetooth and WiFi share a single antenna on iPhone / iPad / iPod and so sometimes this will help)
B) Install this app on an iPhone 3G or later model, start it up and then tap the Bluetooth button to bring up the built-in connection interface.
C) Install this app on an iPad and start it up
D) Connect them
