I will buy no commitment iPhone rather than terminate the iPhone after 30days. Because what I really need/want is the warranty from Apple.

Did you mean if someone bought an iPhone with contract and broke the contract after 30 days, he will lose his iPhone warranty which provided by Apple?

Right, when you goto Apple store Genius bar. Their first question will be what is your AT&T cellular phone number?

This is not something new, without a valid AT&T iPlan contract, you will not receive warranty from Apple.

There is no Prepaid plan for iPhone.

This is not something new, without a valid AT&T iPlan contract, you will not receive warranty from Apple.

So, if you don't sign up an AT$T iPlan contract for your new 3G iPhone, how are you going to have your iPhone fix with "an AT$T cellular phone number that is not going to be related to your iPhone"?

Right... I totally forgot no commitment will be still with AT&T plan... In this case, we can get a prepaid AT&T phone card for 20 bucks then we will have a AT&T phone number

We will find out more on July 11th, I really hope I can have a valid warranty from Apple without signing up AT&T contract.
