小弟我前幾天寫了信給Apple，表示我有幾項軟體想退
過沒多久小弟就收到Apple的回信了
但我看不太懂內容，這樣有算成功退了嗎?
另外我這封信的內容是只寫退一個軟體，我總共約退了4套，加起來是8.97$

會退掉是因為我覺得還不夠流暢
不知道是不是自己的問題
有時使用2手只當滾輪時時常在那邊給我放大縮小
還有我的事WIFI版的
也沒有想說要連回來幹嘛
所以退掉了
