This application, developed by Parliant Corporation for the Canadian Film and Television Production Association, is designed to enable the first-ever paperless conference of its kind in the world during the Prime Time in Ottawa conference being held February 18 to 20, 2009, in Ottawa, Canada.  The conference is the premier annual, must-attend national networking event for hundreds of Canada’s most prominent business leaders, decision-makers and policy experts in the television, film and interactive media production, distribution and exhibition sectors, as well as the broadcasting and telecommunications industries. The entire application is bilingual.

The application will provide delegates with electronic access to conference program materials, social networking and floor mapping functions, publications, product brochures, as well as over 120 video trailers from show sponsors and conference attendees. This is proof that trade shows can be completely paperless.

Parliant invites other future thinking show organizers to join the green movement, improve show experience, save printing costs and increase advertising revenues to pay for an iPod Touch for every attendee.
