Does your child have ADHD?  Do you have ADHD?  Check it out with this informal ADHD Test.  "ADHD" is the shorter term for "Attention Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder".  Common forms of ADHD include the "Inattentive type" (this used to be called "ADD" in the past) and the "Combined type" where hyperactivity and impulsive behavior are also part of the picture. 

The application will inquire about ADHD symptoms and let you know which ones you may have, consistent with the latest diagnostic criteria.  You can email the results to yourself for a review later with a mental health professional or your primary care physician. ADHD is formally diagnosed at a clinical setting by mental health professionals, based on established diagnostic criteria, through a face-to-face evaluation.  Links to the professional resources to get a formal evaluation are provided at the end of the Test.
