iCountDown is an iPhone application that tracks all your major life events with a flick of a finger. iCountDown handles events into the future and from the past: “How many days until your next vacation” or “How many seconds have you been alive?”. iCountDown is easy to use without sacrificing features and customiation. Starting iCountDown you see the event you left off with. Every event has it's own page and you flick through them with the familiar ease of the iPhone interface. All the powerful customization is hidden behind the only button on the screen - the pencil - which enters the configuration view. This is iPhone design at its best.

To configure your event you can choose event name, date and time, background (Photo album, iCountDown collection, or solid color), you can fade out the background picture, as well as the way the time is displayed.

Usage:
- flick to the left or right to scroll through your events
- press the pencil to enter configuration mode or to view all your events at once. If you cannot see the pencil, tap the screen and it will appear.
- See all your events at once in the configuration view
- To add another event to your list, tap the 'Add another event' at the bottom of the list. If there is no such line, you have reached the maximum allowable events.
- Tap on an event to configure it
- Enter any name for your event
- Pick day and time
- Select how you want to see the time
- Choose a background picture by tapping the 'Background' line. From here you can take a picture with your camera (iPhone only), choose one from your photo album, select one from the iCountDown collection, or simply pick a solid color. With the slider at the bottom, you can set how dominant the background picture is.
