**While providing SugarCRM server URL make sure that your server has a SOAP layer. Eg:-
If SOAP URL of your server is
http://www.abccompany.com/mycrm/soap.php
then the URL you should provide in iSugarCRM would be
http://www.abccompany.com/mycrm

Contact your system admin to make sure that SOAP layer is configured for your SugarCRM.
