When you write a todo-list you probably have a series of things todo. Writing them all on a post-it isn't really the problem. The problem is keeping that post-it around. The second most tricky part is prioritising the different tasks you set out to actually do - the Todos. This is what Todo - Important and Urgent does. Keeping the notes and displaying them on a prioritised scale. And, as our philosophy with software, displayed in a enjoyable format. Simple, useful and enjoyable.

How to use

- Tap change view to create your task to do.
- Create your todo in the Todo Setup by filling out the form and pulling the levels of urgency and importance to the approriate level.
- Tap Create Todo.
- Get a good overview of which Todos are urgent and which are important.
- When you have all your todos up there, click on one to see what you wrote.
- Tap Thanks to go back or Delete to remove it permanently.

Hints

When you have done the task in your todo, delete it. It gets cluttered quite easily.
You quickly see what's fun to do and what's boring to do by the color of the dot. Blue is fun and brown is boring.

Important & Urgent

Tasks are hard to prioritise in general. If you have too many tasks on your hands, to split them into level of importance and urgency helps making the priority. You cannot do all at once, that's a known delimiter of humans.
If it is urgent, well, no questions asked, it just has to be done quite soon. The importance helps you further to prioritise the urgent ones that are less important to the more important ones, or knowingly choose not to do the important ones.
