TriFacts provides a fun way for kids to learn their basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division facts using Fact Triangles. Fact Triangles are more powerful than normal flash cards because they use Fact Families to teach and reinforce relationships between related facts. The following is a fact family example:

3 + 4 = 7
4 + 3 = 7
7 – 4 = 3
7 – 3 = 4

So using a single fact triangle, four related facts are presented and the child is able to learn more by understanding relationships instead of just memorizing. TriFacts also encourages learning over speed.

My son really dreaded doing his math facts practice, until I put this on my phone. Now he asks me when he can do his practice, and we immediately saw improvement due to the increased practice time and the fact that he was having fun.

TriFacts has the following features:

- Review mode – allowing child to view the entire triangle and review related facts

- Self quiz mode – one corner is covered, allowing child to consider the answer, and then uncovering to reveal the correct answer

- Multiple choice mode – one corner is covered, four choices are presented, visual/audio feedback for correct/incorrect answers, correct/incorrect results are tracked and presented when round is complete

- Keypad mode – one corner is covered, keypad is used to enter the answer, visual/audio feedback for correct/incorrect answers, correct/incorrect results are tracked and presented when round is complete

- Simple touch based interface

- All facts are configurable, allowing child to work on specific fact families

- Addition and subtraction allow the maximum sum to be configured

- Multiplication and Division allow *10 and *100 fact families to be added

- Rounds can be played using a specific number of facts or a specific amount of time

- All facts can be touched to have them read out load

- Sound and vibration can be turned on/off if device capable

- Colors can be changed

- Portrait and landscape views are supported on all screens
