- Adding a new tree
- The first screen after you start the program allows the user to view all files created.
- Viewing tree contents
- If you touch the file you wish to view on the tree list, you can view the selected file.
- Adding new data
- Data can be added anywhere while searching the tree.
- Data in the form desired can be added from the toolbar button at the bottom of the screen, and added data is saved in the current location of the tree.
- Adding new text
- Select "Add Text" from the toolbar.
- The text input screen will appear.
- Type in the desired contents and press the “Save” button on the top right hand corner of the screen to save.
- Adding a new image
- Select "Add Image" from the toolbar.
- The image adding screen will appear.
- Images can be added in two ways, on through the basic photo library and the other by taking a photo with the camera.
- Select either the "Library" or "Camera" button to add an image. (For the iPod Touch, only the “Camera” button applies).
- After adding an image, press the “Save” button on the top right hand corner of the screen to save.
- Adding a new Web page
- Select "Add Web" from the toolbar.
- The Web page adding screen will appear.
- Enter the desired Web page address in the address window and press the “Go” button on the keyboard screen to move to the page.
- If the desired page appears correctly, press the “Save” button to save.
- If the Web page is an image of PDF file, the new Web page will be saved as a PDF file and can be viewed offline, too.
- Navigation
- The search screen of the tree divides into two sections.
- The upper section shows the route of the current location, and the lower section shows all offspring data of the last route.
- If you touch the desired data on any list you can view specific information.
- If you touch the blue button on the right you can view the selected offspring data.
- Moving items
- While searching the tree, if you select the “Edit” button on the top right hand corner and touch the item you want to move, the entire tree list will appear. Select the location you would like to move the selected item to.
- Deleting items
- Items can be deleted in two ways.
1. While searching the tree select the “Edit” button on the top right hand corner. Then, delete using the red delete icon to the left of the item you wish to delete.
2. On the right side of the toolbar on the view items screen, there is a “Delete all” icon. You can use this icon to delete simultaneously with subsidiary items or just to delete the current item.
- Sending e-mails
- Contents of selected items can be sent via e-mail right away if you select the “Send e-mail” button on the toolbar. (The right e-mail settings have to be set on the iPhone or iPod Touch).
- The tree file name can be viewed at the top of the tree searching screen, and if by selecting this part the user can send an e-mail of the entire file structure.
