iPACS (interactive Picture Assisted Communication System) is designed for highly individualized teaching, using a PECS book-like model. It is specifically designed for highly customized/personalized use and/or training of autistic (autism) individuals in a small ABA class.

iPACs is consisted of 7 colored book tab, each of them could hold a maximum of 96 custom pictures with voice output.

Like conventional PECS book, the 1st tab is the short-cut tab which contains all items you marked as "favourite" in the other 6 tabs.

The other 6 tabs could be completely individualized to meet the person's special needs. As each of the 6 book tab could hold 16 pages of 6 pictures each, the teacher/parent may customize each page into picture schedule, flash cards, sentence construction, rapid prompting page, story board, etc. The flexibility is endless.

As a new card is created, you may associate picture either from existing photo albums, or thru iPhone's built-camera. You may also record your voice to each card. You may toggle picture index and caption within each page to meet your teaching needs.

Compared to hardware PECS solution that cost hundreds of dollars with much less flexibility, iPACS is a perfect cost-effective solution for education, learning, and communication.
