Foos Aid is a multi-purpose utility for table soccer / foosball players. The first version contains two tools: Jar-O-Meter and Timers.

Jar-O-Meter - this utility is used to detect illegal table jarring during a match. You place the phone on one end of the table, hit the calibrate button, and finally adjust the sensitivity slider so that the Jar-O-Meter goes off when the table is moved too much. This is particularly useful in tournament situations, where this application can fill in the place of having to call an official over to curb your opponents jarring.

Timers - This utility provides a simple game timer for monitoring match length, timeout length, practice time, etc. It also provides quick-access 10 second and 15 second countdowns to monitor possession time. The major leagues (VIFA, USTSA, and ITFS) all have 10 and/or 15 second time limits on the rods. This app allows you to easily keep your opponent under the gun without having to call an official over.

This is the first version of this application. We will be expanding in the future with some more features like automatic score detection (using the microphone), additional utility apps for keeping the rules of the game in order, and utilities for you to use at tournaments to keep everything in order.
