The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Emergency Contact Center, a one-stop window for providing immediate emergency assistance to Taiwan’s citizens traveling overseas, will be responsible for contacting the relevant foreign authorities in times of emergency.
The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round.
The center offers a domestic toll-free hotline 0800-085-095. Citizens traveling abroad can make use of an international number for fee dialing the local code for international calls +886-800-085-095.
