app軟體不合用退款

我購買了一套軟體,但發現有蠻多問題,除了速度非常緩慢外選像視窗也都無法正常關閉,於是寫了封退款信,後來他回覆我這些,有人比較懂得可以跟我解釋一下麼?
我自己有稍微看了一下他的意思是不是說我買了這個軟體而扣的款項4.99元會一樣顯示在我信用卡帳單上面表示我購買了.

而下面好像是跟我說要我重新登入後好像會有個甚麼東西,是乎是跟我說我下次買軟體他會用這筆記錄來支付是這樣麼???阿好像又有限制我不能購買一些完整電影或是電視節目的樣子,是大概這樣的意思麼?
有哪位看得懂得可以幫我解釋一下感恩阿!!!


Robin here again. I understand that the purchase of "Amopic HD for iPhone4" was unintentional. In three to five business days, a credit of $4.99 should be posted to the credit card that appears on the receipt for that purchase.

You may need to sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign back in before you see the video credits in your account. The next time you buy an individual video from the iTunes Store, one of your video credits will be used to pay for the purchase. Please note, however, that the video credits can only be used to purchase TV Show episodes or music videos. It cannot be used to purchase or rent full-length movies or episodes of a TV Shows that are listed as Season Only.

Please note that this is a one-time exception, as the iTunes Store Terms and Conditions state that all sales are final.

我只聽得懂他會退我款,但是甚麼子類???還有他會怎麼退呢?

這套軟體問題非常非常的多, 應該曾經不少人退款了吧?

可惜我買了幾個月之後才知道可以退款, 那時已經不能退了

對阿我原本上網查到這套功能好強又中文版,馬上二話不說就去買了

誰知道買來後再查仔細點發現好多人都有問題,且自己也是用到快吐血

後來發現了另一套更好用的,且也查到好多人都退款就照著退看看囉

錢會自動退回你的信用卡帳戶,大概要5個工作天(有時候會拖)。
至於軟體,我就不太清楚,得請其他有經驗的版友回答。
你是可以到iTune中,取消這個app的同步,下次同步時,app就會從你的iPhone中移去。
