Wendy, here from the iTunes Customer Support Team. I understand that your son accidentally purchased "Brainiac Pac" and you would like to be refunded for it. When it comes to your money, I can certainly appreciate how important it is to feel that you are treated fairly, and I would be more than happy to help you out with this today.
I checked your account and it looks like the purchase "Brainiac Pack" was purchased from within the application "Zombie Farm" on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. This is called an "In-App Purchase". I will provide instructions near the end of this email, on how to disable this type of purchase. For information on this type of purchase, check out this article:

I understand that the purchase of "Brainiac Pack" was unintentional. In five to seven business days, a credit of $74.99, plus any applicable taxes, should be posted to the credit card that appears on the receipt for that purchase.
Please note that this is a one-time exception, as the iTunes Store Terms and Conditions state that all sales are final.
It is always a good idea to keep your iOS device up to date. To learn how to back up and update your device, visit:

If you would like to prevent In-App Purchases from being made in the future, you can block them on your iOS device. Follow these steps:
1) Tap Settings on your device's home screen.
2) Tap General.
3) Tap Restrictions.
4) If necessary, tap Enable Restrictions and enter a passcode. This passcode will prevent restrictions from being disabled without your permission.
5) Scroll down to the Allowed Content section. Switch the In-App Purchases option to OFF. Enter your Restrictions passcode if prompted.
